Experience the 'Peak' of dining at Sparkling Hill.
The newest restaurant at "celebrates the best of ocean-to-table and farm-fresh cuisine," according to a press release.
Included in the menu is some new signature dishes from Chef James.
Peak is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. for breakfast and from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. for lunch and dinner.
