Help the 麻豆精选 General Hospital (KGH) Foundation and you could also be a winner.
On Friday, Feb. 14, the foundation launched its first ever Heart of BC 50/50 Lottery "with a mission that鈥檚 straight from the heart-strengthening the health and well-being of communities right here in the Southern Interior of B.C."
"The Heart of BC 50/50 isn鈥檛 just about winning鈥攊t鈥檚 about looking after the people we love,鈥� said KGH Foundation CEO Allie Young. 鈥淓very ticket helps fund life-changing, preventative health programs that keep our families, friends, and neighbours healthy, out of the hospital, and thriving right here at home.鈥�
Currently, the fundraiser's pot is over $115,000 and has to ability to get up to $600,000, with one lucky winner taking home half the money.
The new lottery is an evolution of the former Lake Life Lottery, and now an all-cash format.
On the foundation's side, all proceeds will go towards lifesaving treatments, mental health services, and preventative health programs.

The deadline to buy tickets is Mar. 14, with the draw happening on Mar. 28. Tickets are available on the KGH Foundation website.
