There was plenty of traffic Sunday, on the ground and in the air, at the Shuswap Regional Airport Open House and Emergency Expo.
A wide range of aircraft, emergency service vehicles and even a collection of collectible cars were on display at the airport for the June 25 event that included various interactive displays and demonstrations. Also, throughout the day, firefighters geared up for the fun, individual and team skills challenge.
The open house/expo was hosted by the Salmon Arm Flying Club and the Shuswap Emergency Program.
