麻豆精选鈥檚 City Park was full of colour on July 2 for the first Barsaana Festival of Colours.
The party started at 11 a.m. in a sectioned off portion of the park.
The event was representative of India鈥檚 Holi Festival, a celebration of good overcoming evil.
People are given coloured powder to throw at each other. The red dye represents love and fertility, the blue represents Hindu deity Krishna, and green represents new beginnings.
The celebration in 麻豆精选 included food trucks, art and henna tattoos.
People danced in a cloud of colour until 8 p.m.
