The Salvation Army Okanagan Central is ringing in the funds thanks to Scotiabank employees.
During the Salvation Army Okanagan Central鈥檚 Christmas Kettle Campaign, Scotiabank employees from around 麻豆精选 volunteered at three 麻豆精选 Kettle locations.
Scotiabank matched all donations up to $15,000 during the Scotiabank Match Day, to help raise funds for the Salvation Army during a time of the year when demand on the organization is high.
Dec. 14, was chosen as match day bringing in a total of $ 28,300 being raised at the three kettle locations being hosted by Scotiabank employees.
That was matched by Scotiabank for a total of $43,300.
