Canadian healthy fast food franchise Chopped Leaf held the grand opening for its 36th restaurant on Feb. 27, in Lake Country.
The establishment opened on Feb. 13, but a ribbon cutting was held on Thursday to officially welcome the store to the area. Owners and local residents Delmar and Kadian Francis were in attendance.

The newest addition to Lake Country is located at 9522 Main Street, Unit 76.
