West 鶹ѡ Councillor Garrett Millsap wants residents to spread the word about an accessibility and inclusion survey.

Millsap is chair of the eight-member Accessibility and Inclusion Committee.

“This is the first time we’ve done an engagement survey like this for our city,” he said. “If we don’t get respondents for it, we can’t have a robust plan.”

The committee aims to discuss, develop, improve, promote, and sustain accessibility and inclusion in West 鶹ѡ.

“It is vitally important that we have a community that is accessible and inclusive for people who have needs,” Millsap added.

The survey is available on the City of West 鶹ѡ website.

Posters with OR codes linking to the survey can be found in city facilities and forms are available at city hall, the Westside Seniors’ Centre, and Johnson Bentley.

The submission deadline is April 30.
