Starting Wednesday, Feb. 21, until the end of the month, there will be intermittent closures on Leon Avenue between Abbott and Water streets.
There will be signage and traffic control to notify drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
The road is being closed for utility upgrades for the three-tower Water Street by the Park development.
