Demolition permit issued to make way for seniors’ housing in Peachland

The District of Peachland has granted the Peachland Seniors Support Society (PSSS) temporary licence of occupation and demolition permits to remove four structures downtown.

The addresses are 4426, 4440, 4444, and 4450 Fifth Street.

The society and BC Housing are working toward fulfilling previous commitments related to Phase 2 of a seniors’ affordable housing project at the site.
