All four candidates have confirmed their attendance at the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce forum set for April 17.
In advance of the April 28 federal election, local residents have the opportunity to hear directly from the candidates vying to represent the Vernon-Lake Country-Monashee riding.
The forum will take place on Thursday at the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., giving attendees an hour to meet the candidates face-to-face and submit written question suggestions prior to the formal portion of the event, which runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
All four registered party candidates have confirmed:
- Scott Anderson, Conservative Party of Canada
- Anna Warwick Sears, Liberal Party of Canada
- Leah Main, New Democratic Party
- Blair Visscher, Green Party of Canada
