A large residential development is being proposed for a seven acre property in the Glenrosa neighbourhood.
Kerr Properties wants to rezone the property to build a 117 unit project at 2971 Gorman Road, near McTaggart Road.
鈥淭he development aims to cater to first-time buyers, families, and empty-nesters,鈥� Kerr鈥檚 proposal to the city鈥檚 Advisory Planning Commission (APC) reads.
It includes two and three-storey town homes and duplexes with two to four-bedroom units. Amenities include private patios, playgrounds, pickleball courts, a dog park, and walking trails.
The proposal goes before the APC on July 17.
