The Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ Farmers’ and Crafters’ Market is returning to the Landmark District.

The market runs every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. from April 5 through October 29. The market is celebrating its 30th year.

"Supporting local business is how we take care of our neighbours and keep our communities strong," explained Frances Callaghan, market coordinator. "After
years of moving between temporary spaces, it means everything to have a permanent home where we can deepen our roots and continue to provide a vibrant gathering place for the community."

The market previously operated at the corner of Dilworth and Springfield for over 25 years, however, development plans for the land required the market to find a new home. In 2024, a deal was struck with the Stober Group to relocate to the Landmark District.

“As we return for our 30th anniversary year, we celebrate not just our roots but the incredible journey that’s brought us here, and the exciting future ahead," Callaghan added.

A portion of Dickson Avenue between Dayton Street and Kirschner Road will be closed from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. on market days.

Parking in the area will be limited and attendants will be on site to help direct traffic flow. Market customers are encouraged to park in visitor areas, including the parking garage at 1621 Dickson Avenue.
