Central Okanagan Search and Rescue is looking forward to meeting the community and hoping for new recruits.
The volunteer team has scheduled an open house on Sept. 12 at their location on Old Vernon Road in 麻豆精选.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., members of the community are encouraged to come out for a short presentation followed by a series of demonstrations by the group.
The volunteer organization has been completing rescues and saving lives in the Central Okanagan since 1954. Learn more on their website cosar.ca.
