It鈥檚 expected to be a busy spring break at 麻豆精选 International Airport (YLW).
More than 120,000 passengers are expected to travel through the terminal building from March 13-30, according to a City of 麻豆精选 media release.
Passengers are advised to plan in advance and prepare for longer than normal wait times. Daily anticipated passenger volumes, daily peak travel times and real-time parking lot capacity will be posted on the city鈥檚 website.
Travellers are also encouraged to check-in, pay fees, validate passport information, and retrieve boarding passes online to help speed up the experience at the airport. Passengers can also check their flight status online.
Parking may reach capacity over spring break. Travellers might want to consider taxis, ride shares, shuttles, public transit, or a drop-off. Valet parking can be booked in advance. Arrive at least two hours before departure for check-in and baggage drop-off. Check CATSA鈥檚 list of permitted items and airline baggage rules to avoid security issues.
