Central Okanagan drivers are encouraged to exercise caution on the roads on Monday, Nov. 25, as wet and snowy weather is falling, making the city slick.
Overnight and early morning snowfall blanketed much of the region, but the winter wonderland is not expected to last for long.
The flurries are expected to persist until mid morning, when temperatures will rise and the snow will be replaced by rainfall.
The wet and cold weather will make roads slick and drivers are reminded to slow down and exercise with caution. Highway reports and condition updates are available on Drive BC.
There is no further precipitation forecast by Environment Canada for the remainder of the week but temperatures are expected to remain around freezing.
