Despite not recording a point in a losing effort, Tij Iginla was the player of the game in the CHL/NHL Top Prospects game on Wednesday night.
The Ā鶹¾«Ń” Rockets forward was a bright spot for Team White in the contest in Moncton, Ont., on Wednesday, Jan. 24.
āIt wouldāve been nice to get the win but it was a fun game,ā said Iginla after the game. āTons of good players out there, no weak-links out there so it was pretty cool to get out there with all the top guys in the CHL.ā

Iginla was recently ranked the 11th best skater in North America by NHL Central Scouting.
He is expected to be back in the Rockets lineup on Friday night (Jan. 26) when Ā鶹¾«Ń” welcomes the Kamloops Blazers to town. Puck drop is at 7:05 p.m.
