Conservative Party of Canada Leader Pierre Poilievre will be in Penticton on April 5 for a Canada First rally.

The rally will be the first visit to the Okanagan for Poilievre since the writ dropped for the upcoming election.

No press release was issued about the rally, however a page to register for the rally was posted on the Conservative Party's website

Little information was shared about the rally, but it likely that Similkameen-South Okanagan-West Kootenay Conservative candidate Helena Konanz will be in attendance.

Doors open for the rally at 3:30 p.m., and it will be held at 1704 Government Street in Penticton.
