Former Treasury chief Rishi Sunak has won the race to become Britain鈥檚 next prime minister after winning the Conservative leadership race on Monday.
Sunak will run as Britain鈥檚 first leader of color, and the nation鈥檚 third leader so far this year. He will take over as prime minister from Liz Truss, who quit after 45 days in office.
