DriveBC has issued a wildlife advisory for Highway 97 between Kaleden and Okanagan Falls.
The provincial service says sheep were on the road north of Okanagan Falls on Tuesday, Jan. 21, between Old Kaleden Road and Lakehill Road. for 1.9 kilometres.
The same warning is also in effect for Highway 3A, between Marron Valley Road and Junction Highway 97 (Kaleden Junction) for 500 metres.
DriveBC has not issued an update to the wildlife advisory since Tuesday at around 4 p.m.
