To the editor:
I would like extend my most sincere apologies to the residents of 麻豆精选, the people of B.C., and the citizens of Canada.
I voted for Justin Trudeau and I apologize. There I said it.
I was a long-time small 鈥渃鈥� conservative, but as Stephen Harper was no longer living up to my expectations - both ethically and politically - I was open to change, 迟丑补迟鈥檚 my excuse and I am sticking to it.
I recall during the pre-election television debates, it seemed to me that the only person out of Harper, Mulcair and Trudeau who was telling the truth was Justin; our economy was such that there was no way any of them would be able to run government without running a deficit. And Trudeau was the only one who stated this.
Sadly now I can see the error of my ways; the current cross-Canada consultation trip has confirmed what I have seen coming for a while now.
In addition to the numerous broken promises made to Canadians, in addition to the brewing scandals of pay-for-meet-and-greets, and not to mention luxurious vacations with beneficiaries of government (taxpayer funded) grants, now it seems Justin needs to take a trip to get back into Canadians good books.
It now appears you may not be up for the job, that your lack of experience means you 诲辞苍鈥檛 have the confidence in yourself that we the electorate saw in you - why the need for constant consultation if you actually knew what you were doing?
Justin, you were elected to the post of Prime Minister of this great land, you were given a huge mandate by way of your majority in Parliament.
We really 诲辞苍鈥檛 want you to consult any more, we really 诲辞苍鈥檛 want to see you smiling in selfies. Do your job and fulfill your election promises including funding infrastructure upgrades.
Anyway, I 诲辞苍鈥檛 know what I was thinking back in 2015 when I voted.
But I wish as Cher sung that I could turn back time, even Tom Mulcair is looking good right now.
