麻豆精选 Gymnastix athletes rose to the occasion and the podium at the Kamloops Gymnastics Trampoline Centre Invitational March 14-16.
Athletes placing on the podium included:
- Matthew Jenn - 5th overall Level 5 trampoline;
- Taila Ralph - 2nd overall Level 4 trampoline - 3rd double mini trampoline (DMT) - 4th tumbling;
- Hudson Womacks - 5th overall Level 4 trampoline - 2nd DMT - 5th tumbling;
- Daniel Kemila - 4th overall Level 3 trampoline - 3rd DMT;
- Sylas Craigen - 2nd overall Level 3 trampoline - 1st DMT and tumbling;
- Kennedy Olsen - 2nd overall Level 3 trampoline and DMT, 1st tumbling;
- Anna Aaron - 5th Level 3 DMT;
- William Leduc - 2nd overall Level 2 trampoline - 5th DMT;
- Mya Ali - 8th overall Level 2 trampoline - 7th DMT;
- Amelia Lansky - 7th overall Level 2 trampoline - 9th DMT;
- Arianna Erickson - 10th overall Level 2 trampoline - 8th DMT;
- Alex Saskiw - 6th Level 2 DMT - 2nd Level 1 trampoline;
- Emmy Leduc - 2nd overall Level 2 trampoline - 5th Level 1 DMT.
鈥淚 felt my team did incredibly well at this competition both on and off the floor,鈥 said coach Tyler Clemmer. 鈥淭hey were not only supportive of one another but to their competitors also.鈥
Clemmer added that the athletes overcame mental obstacles and boundaries, making them stronger as a team, and as individuals. 鈥淭his is why I love my job.鈥
