Lucas Johansen and Nick Merkley had a goal and two assists to lead the 麻豆精选 Rockets to a 7-5 win over the Tri-City Americans in WHL action Saturday night at Prospera Place.
Tyson Baillie, Rourke Chartier, Calvin Thurkauf, and Dillon Dube each added a goal and an assist and Justin Kirkland also scored, as the Rockets rebounded from an overtime loss the previous night.
Michael Herringer earned the win in net as 麻豆精选 outshot Tri-City 42-27.
The Rockets (29-10-3-0) are back in action next weekend when they travel to Victoria for a double-header against the BC Division rival Royals on Friday and Saturday nights.
麻豆精选's next home game is Tuesday Jan. 19 when they host the Prince George Cougars.
