They are delighted to show their abilities on the floor with rings, and hoops, and ribbons.
Special Olympics BC – Vernon will host its second annual Rhythmic Gymnastics Show Monday, March 10, at Trinity United Church.
The event will start at 6 p.m.
"All of our athletes have been learning many things this year," said Vernon Special Olympics coordinator Marc Fisher. "They are excited to showcase their beautiful skills."
Special Olympics BC – Vernon has more than 190 athletes participating in 17 year-round sport programs. A group of basketball players recently took on the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP in a fun game at Ellison Elementary School.
