Getting a new licence is straightforward. You鈥檒l need proof of spaying or neutering, which can be uploaded online or brought in person to the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) administrative office in 麻豆精选 (1450 KLO Road).
Renewing or purchasing a dog licence is simple and convenient:
- Visit the RDCO website;
- Licences can also be obtained at the RDCO administrative office;
- Regional Dog Pound (890 Weddell Place);
- Municipal offices in 麻豆精选, West 麻豆精选, Lake Country, and Peachland;

A dog licence helps ensure your pet鈥檚 safe return if they ever get lost and even includes a one-time free ride home. Licensed dog owners also enjoy special discounts and services through the Dog Licence Reward Program, offered by participating local businesses.
If you鈥檝e moved to the Central Okanagan and have a valid dog licence from another area, you can transfer it for free by visiting the RDCO office.
