Locking up notable people from 麻豆精选 resulted in a successful fundraising event for the Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers Society.
On March 22, four volunteers were 鈥榓rrested鈥� and had to plea to the public for 鈥榖ail money鈥� as part of an annual fundraising event for the crime prevention organization.
The Make Bail event raised $11,030 by locking up Avi Fraser from with Paladin Security, Toby Tannas from Beach Radio, local business owner Tanvir Toor and Aaron Gretchen , the president of the Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers Society.
The money raised helps to pay for rewards when tips are used to help RCMP or Police make an arrest.
Crime Stoppers also offers people the opportunity to make anynomous tips to the RCMP.
