A vehicle incident has the north end of Westside Road down to single-lane alternating for the majority of Thursday, March 6.
It's unknown exactly when the crash happened, but its believed to be in the early morning as DriveBC stated Westside Road was closed just before 3 a.m. The incident took place between Six Mile Creek Road and Lawrence Lane.
As of 6:45 a.m., traffic is single-lane alternating in the area and minor delays are expected. These conditions are expected throughout the day as DriveBC's next update is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
The crash also downed some power lines. Because of this, 203 BC Hydro customers are currently without power in the area. And according to the electric services company, the power has been out since 1 a.m. and is expected to be back on around 12 p.m. A crew is on scene.
