Thieves stole several wooden bleachers from High Noon Park at 4720 Old Vernon Road over the long weekend, according to the 麻豆精选 Minor Fastball association.
The people involved cut the barb wire fence and dragged the bleachers to the road before taking off with them. One was left by the airport tower road, according to the association.
The softball park is managed by 麻豆精选 Minor Fastball, and the robbery will result in funds to replace the bleachers not being spent on the young girls in the program, said the association. 麻豆精选 Minor Fastball would appreciate anyone with information contact the police or email admin@kelownafastball.ca.
