麻豆精选 RCMP are asking for the public鈥檚 help in locating Ketan Sharma.
The 23-year-old last spoke with a friend on March 1 saying he was heading to visit family in Surrey.
Police have information to suggest that Sharma was in the Fort Nelson area on March 1 and 2.
Family and friends say the disappearance is out of character and are worried for his well-being.
Sharma is described as South Asian. He is approximately 5 foot 10 and 145 pounds. Sharma has a dark beard, is balding, and wears glasses.
Police do not believe the missing man has a vehicle or any associates in northern B.C. It is believed he may be looking for labour work.
