An interesting suggestion has been made by Brian Mellis, to reuse an existing building for the new city hall for West 麻豆精选. The Zellers site is huge, central and with a very large parking lot.
If Battersea Power Station can become the world famous Tate modern why can't Zellers become our city hall?
Let's do something innovative and put West 麻豆精选 on the map as a city which chose not to use yet more concrete.
