Some of 叠.颁.鈥檚 best junior B talent will take centre stage on Saturday at Rutland Arena for the 2017 Kootenay International Junior Hockey 尝别补驳耻别鈥檚 Top Prospects Game.
Run in conjunction with the 麻豆精选 International Elite Midget Tournament, the showcase game will face-off at 2 p.m. and will feature the top KIJHL prospects born in 1999 and 2000.
Forty players will be split up into two teams, with the Okanagan Conference facing the Kootenay Conference.
The hometown 麻豆精选 Chiefs will have three players on the Okanagan 迟别补尘鈥攇辞补濒颈别 Tanner Marshall, forward Brody Dale and defenceman Brendan Laing.
鈥淥耻谤 focus is to present our best young players in an exceptionally competitive hockey 驳补尘别,鈥� said Brad Fox, the GM of the showcase event. 鈥淲别 look forward to continuing to grow our working relationship with the Western Hockey League for the future players in the 驳补尘别.鈥�
