A familiar face is returning to the West 麻豆精选 Warriors organization.
Alex Draper, a member of the Warriors in various roles from 2010-2018 is rejoining the organization, taking the Game Night Coordinator role. He will be assisting with game night activities including intermission content.
鈥淚鈥檓 very excited to be back with the Warriors,鈥� said Draper. 鈥淚 can鈥檛 wait for the season to start and continue to do what I love doing so much.鈥�
In his previous stint, Draper was the team鈥檚 marketing manager. During his time away from the Warriors, the Rutland native worked with the KIJHL鈥檚 麻豆精选 Chiefs for three seasons and the 麻豆精选 Falcons baseball team for two years.
鈥淚 am thrilled to welcome Alex back to the Warriors family,鈥� said team president Chris Laurie. 鈥淗is charismatic personality made him a fan favourite during his previous tenure and adding his experience will only help our organization. I know how excited he is to be back and fans will have a lot to look forward to for this season.鈥�
The puck drop of the Warriors season on Sept. 22 at Royal LePage Place against the Penticton Vees.
