The turning point in the game came late in the second period when the Spruce Kings scored two goals in 13 seconds to take a 2-1 lead.
Prince George added the dagger in the third period when Linden Makow scored 2:12 in the frame in what ended up being their only shot of the period.
Meanwhile, the Warriors threw 31 pucks on net but Prince George goaltender Marcus Ouellet was able to make 30 saves in the win. West Â鶹¾«Ñ¡â€™s Justin Katz made 17 saves.
Despite the loss, the Warriors remain third in the BCHL’s Interior Conference with a 9-5-2-0 record.
The two teams will do it all again on Saturday night with puck drop at 6 p.m. at the Kopar Memorial Arena in Prince George.
