MLB player Brett Phillips made a lasting impact on a young girl battling cancer in Tampa Bay. On Tuesday, Phillips got traded to Baltimore but before leaving, he had to make one more visit.
Brett Phillips has developed a bond with a young Rays fan named Chloe Grimes, who has been battling cancer and said Brett was her favorite player when she threw a first pitch at the Trop in April.
